Minister DJ Billions

Co-Founder & Co-Chairman; Chief Investment Officer

Rooted in the American South, based in metro Atlanta · Eastern Time (ET)

Minister DJ Billions is a technology and research builder who came up through network engineering and internet infrastructure before moving into capital markets. He has spent close to two decades building systems — networks, platforms, and research programs — and brings that same systems thinking to how Turn Quick underwrites and structures hospitality deals.

He serves as President of Big Black Internet Inc. and leads the DJ Billions research and innovation work at the intersection of technology, education, and digital finance. That work put him in front of investors, institutions, and public-sector partners long before hotels, and those relationships now feed Turn Quick's capital and government partnership pipeline.

Atlanta is his base and his market. He knows the Southeast corridor, its hospitality demand drivers, and the civic and community relationships that make a repositioning plan land well locally. At Turn Quick he owns vision, capital relationships, technology, government partnerships, and the final call on investment strategy alongside his co-chairman.
